Our door-to-door service is the hands-off option. You tell us where to pick up and where to deliver, and we handle every step in between: US transport to our Miami warehouse, cargo processing, ocean or air freight to Jamaica, customs clearance, and final-mile delivery to any address on the island.
For US pickup, we coordinate with a network of independent drivers who can collect your cargo from anywhere in the country and transport it to our Opa Locka warehouse. The US pickup leg is quoted separately based on distance and load size, so you always know the full cost upfront.
On the Jamaica side, we deliver to all 14 parishes. Whether your recipient is in downtown Kingston, up in the hills of Manchester, or on the coast in Negril, we get it there. You can track your shipment from pickup to delivery, and our team is available by phone if you ever need an update.
