Questions
partners ask.
Do partners need to be registered companies?
Yes. Partner accounts require a registered company.
How fast does a partner application get reviewed?
Most applications are reviewed within 5 business days. You'll get an email when we make a decision.
Can partner rates be negotiated?
Yes — custom rates are available for committed volume. Tell us your expected volume in your application and we'll structure a deal.
How do I get paid (or pay) as a partner?
Co-loaders are billed on net terms with bulk invoicing. Agents earn a per-volume commission paid out on a recurring schedule.
What's the difference between a co-loader and an agent?
Co-loaders consolidate their own customers' shipments through us. Agents extend our reach — origin pickup in another US city, walk-in drop-off at your storefront, or independent sales reps referring customers for commission.
