Delete your Account

You can delete your Caricom Freight customer account in the app or send us a verified deletion request.

Delete in the app

  1. 1 Sign in to the Caricom Freight app.
  2. 2 Open Profile.
  3. 3 Choose Delete account and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email us from the address connected to your account. Include your account email or phone and your CFC account number if you know it. Never send a password or payment details.

Request account deletion

We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. Requests are normally completed within 30 days unless law requires longer.

What deletion does

  • Revokes app and website access and removes active sessions and device notification tokens.
  • Removes the personal login profile and disconnects it from the customer account.
  • Retains shipment, customs, invoice, payment, fraud-prevention, and audit records only where required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or operational obligations.
